When you go for a massage, do you normally start with face down position?

Is it acceptable to start off facing up all the way for the 1 hour massage?

Stand on big head nothing surprising. If he can lie prone and balance himself on small head, the ml might freak out

Actually it depends if the massage parlour got special or not.

My personal preference is .... if no special, focus on my shoulders, neck and back, those are the pain area.

If got special.... half half the time. Face down for too long, my nose will start running. No idea why.

Professional masseuse always start with face down.
Rub and tug any position also ok
