In general, YES. And not in a positive manner. But koreans are slightly less xenophobic compared to Japs.

Although with the rapid rise of Asia on the World stage, many japs and some koreans still perceive caucasians to be "superior" and themselves "high and mighty" (despite their respective tanking economies).
