Just walk in and literally ask what they offer, some will be up front about their "packages" but if it's a thai massage parlor you'll have to pay up front for the massage and then settle any extras with the ML yourself.

agree with fl being hit and miss, i had similar experiences. sri hartamas felt safe to me as well and i can recommend to others near the area. could have been my luck but i had to pay up front at thai massage parlors as well (6/7 times) but the service was good. the quality of the girls working is pretty high.
