hi guys, i am in my 50s and i realised i cannot cum when i PCC , even watching JAV doesnt help. Sian!

need to have sex and even that i have lost some interested in it, used to be every day, now it is like once a week.

Pills don't help you cum all they do is improve blood flow for a firmer erection.

Lol ur like a car that has a million miles on it. Need complete overhaul and change everything or else wont be able to function. Sadly we are humans, not so easy change parts. Best bet would be to stop jerking off and cheonging for a while and do some exercises.

Your anxiety regarding not being able to cum makes it even harder to cum you're now caught in a vicious cycle. Cumming needs to happen naturally.

Could be prostate problem. Suggest to seek medical attention. More than 50% of male population above 50 got such problem. I am one of them and now on medication.
