as for the high net-worth gamblers, some of them may not want to spend too much on gals. also, there are only so many multi-millionaire gamblers and even less billionaire gamblers in the world. so if they think the IRs can survive on these few tycoon gamblers (who have so many other casinos to go to), good luck to them.

Another 13 men, 28 women arrested in multi-agency swoops

SINGAPORE: Thirteen men and 28 women were arrested in another multi-agency operation led by the Criminal Investigation Department, which ended Monday morning.

They were nabbed in various locations in Geylang, Joo Chiat, Orchard Towers and Woodlands.

They were wanted for offences such as illegal employment, drug abuse, and vice-related activities.

The latest round of arrests brings the total number caught in the last four days to 287.

The operations involved over 400 officers from the Police, Central Narcotics Bureau, Customs and the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority.

Investigations against those arrested are ongoing

There was article in the papers today, and they specifically mentioned Frangrance and H81 in Balestier, Lavender and Tiong Bahru.

One of the spokesman ( or was it the minister ? ) said that these FLs don't solicit openly, but via the Internet, which is why the hotels were raided and they caught 14(can't remember exact figure) hookers.

So, ktv got more prc, in addition to the viets. But, just can rubba, unless you wanna do it in the toilet, very uncomfortable leh.
