These bao'ees, once they cancel their work cards here and return to hometown, can they come here again? Or, that's it?

I heard they can come back provided they get married to a local. The local have to go to ica to apply and must acknowledge that he knew she was a WL before agreeing to marry her.

Also heard those who wants to marry the ex wl, income tax must be gao gao then garmen won't disturb you.

This one so far not sure is true .... Ica won't guarantee that application will be successful ... Marry a foreigner wife yes ica require the sponsor income of certain amount and of higher income bracket you can sponsor wife PR if not like my friend married 8 years 2 boys wife still long term pass his income only $2.5k...

Yes one time only. That's why before they choose to give up their card, they have to consider all consequences. Also the reason why only $$$$ cam entice them to give up their card.

1 gal from L16H15, and another gal from L16H17 cancel card on Wed and left this morning, cos cannot make enough...

Bao in my experience means you pay for a new girl with credits yet to clear. The may have minimum "tai" to pay back. One the "tai" cleared then fee to earn. You bao means you clear the minimum, but minimum is after that they start make money. So if they let you bao means that "stop" work let you take care. Some let you take care until they go home. But they home may still work similar trade. Best you bao until she taken care of for life.
But will you care for a prostitute for life? Think then do.

Thanks for the explanation. Don't think I will ever reach that level of wealth or insanity to bao a gl girl though.

What I know is that if the WL cancelled her yellow card and return home, They would not be allowed to come back and work in Singapore again. They could come back on a tourist visa as a tourist. Some WLs are smart , they have double personality, meaning they buy another identity and make a passport with it and come work in GL. Once her tour of duty is completed or she got baoed she relinquished her WL identity and start afresh with her real identity without others knowing that she had done this trade before. I do hope this little information is helpful and Bros who have power could help to up me if you concur with my views here. I shall return favor when I have the power.
