no expert lah. juz happened to have 'shopped' in this complex a few times in the past. but i feel the quality left much to be desired. surprised u have tried a few shops liao. i think the viet matchmaking agencies are more interesting - sometimes see pretty viets sitting in the office.

haha the famous spore steam boat building,
those who chiong during the 80s n 90s will knoe this old rundown place.
(not famous for good steam boat, but during the 80s, beside keong siak n orchard , no plc to chiong ma)
use to have 2 small hc over there.
small but real hc, with steam bath.
those days all hc are small n compact.
chinese tea, plain water,biscuit,no tim sum hor, steam bath , suana, many towels to use
small locker, pack changing room.
back then hj was 20-30, only certain gals(rather auntie) do it.

after nco club drinking session ,at beach rd, can chiong this place(bldg)
for the hc.
