I suspect a few things drive this. First, second wives are so common in China now that they can just analogise their situation to that, so they don't feel like whores. Bro, I believe the 15K mark is for those singers from high-end hfj which is beyond reach from most of us. There are also good ones from smaller joints which dont need such high BY fee. If the singer is greedy, 15K per month will also not make you exclusive. Therefore, before BY, eye must be open BIG BIG to assess the singer.

From my past experience, as long I am able to help her meet her monthly target to reduce her stress. She can be with me throughout her term here. This only applies to small joint where there are not many customers. For bigger joints, you have to compete with those rich guys which is too stressful. I would rather be a king in the small joint than a nobody in a bigger joint.
